I wish my N95 was like that. The HTC Touch Diamond’s scratchproof surface seems to be proven true, even when it is thrown at everything. Oh, and the phone doesn’t break. Enjoy the video.
After the break, I take a look at what the blogger that attended the Singapore launch thinks.
- The phone looks really Sleek. Can’t argue with that, it’s quite a stylish phone.
- It has HSDPA.
- iPhone-ish User Interface.
- The graphical processor enhances video playback quality.
- Zooming is really smooth, and text wraps so that there aren’t scroll bars.
- No memory card slot, there is only 4GB internal memory. Enough for the blogger, not for me.
- In a phone conversation if you take out the stylus, the Notes application loads for you to take, well, notes.
- Built-in Google Maps.
- Interface sluggish with delays.
- The blogger couldn’t get used to the Interface very quickly.
- The US$1098 pricetag is a bit overboard.
