Spanish kids suffer from phone addiction…

…and so do I, but these kids had to be treated in a mental health clinic (sounds like something that I need, and perhaps the readers of this blog as well!)
My aunties, mother and rest of my family tell me to get rid of my phone and focus on my studies. Something I never listen to, but I manage to control and divide my working time. Something these two kids didn’t manage to do and it ruined their school marks.
“They both showed disturbed behaviour and this exhibited itself in failure at school. They both had serious difficulties leading normal lives,” said Dr Maite Utges, from the Child and Youth Mental Health Centre, while referring to the 12 and 13 year-olds. Both boys owned the devices for 18 months, and in that time period they became emotionally affected, irritable, withdrawn and antisocial, according to the report. I don’t really understand how they became antisocial, after all what was the phone used for???

Blackberry 9100 kickstart clamshell leak

There are no specifications available for Blackberry’s first clamshell device, but there are quite a lot of pictures available on this phone.
The only part that looks good in this phone is the back part, or the phone when it is closed. In these live pictures of the 9100 Kickstart, the inside part looks really ugly, hopefully the press images will prove us wrong.

Nokia E71 in white, and full specifications

The above pictures show that the still-unannounced Nokia E71 will come with a white housing. The white will be on the sides, and on the keyboard. The rest of the phone seems to be of chrome colour to me. On the image on your right, the first phone is the E71.
