Finally we have an image of the previously rumoured LG KC910 8 megapixel camera phone, and it does sound quite good to sort of equal the competition.
The KC910 doesn’t seem to have a name yet, but it is likely to be the successor to the Viewty.
Besides the 8 megapixel camera, the KC910 has Dolby sound, which is likely to be virtual surround sound fruit of the recent agreement between both companies. There is also support for both DivX and Xvid.
Still on the camera, you can record video at VGA resolution at 30fps or QVGA at 120fps. The ISO goes up to 1600, just like the i8510 INNOV8, there is a Xenon flash, and a Schneider-Kreuznach lens. Geo-tagging is enabled, as the phone as GPS, and the camera has manual focus, face, smile and blink detection and digital image stabilizer.
As usual, this LG also has HSDPA up to 7.2mbps, Bluetooth, and a 3″ touchscreen with 240×400 resolution. Other features include WiFi, a microSD memory card slot, TV-out.
