FCC approves Sony Ericsson iPhone copy

This is a difficult one. The front panel reminds you of a Sony Ericsson, but the software image is clearly of an iPhone. I can't discuss much about the similar appearance with a Sony Ericsson, but there is a clear copy of the iPhone User Interface.

The Ezio Mega4 was approved by FCC, who didn't read the user manual properly so they didn't notice what was in front of their eyes: the iPhone Menu. It's not their fault you know, there is too much work to do, and Mr Douglas Ko must've put some extra bucks on that authorization letter. More detail on the phone after the jump.

The Ezio Mega4 features:

  • 2 megapixel camera with flash
  • Touchscreen
  • Bluetooth 1.2
  • Java
  • TV-out
  • MP3 Playback
  • Triband GSM

The features aren't striking, it sounds like a low-end device, but it certainly reminds you of a China phone. Not very surprising: it's from a small company in South Korea called Ezze Mobile Tech.
