There has been a touchscreen-phone frenzy for the last months, ever since the iPhone came out, every manufacturer has released their own touchscreen device with different features, such as the Blackberry Storm, HTC Touch Diamond, Nokia 5800, and the G1. Each of them focuses on several concepts such as Multimedia, Business, Hi-Def Cameras or else. The T929 Leica will expand this growing market and will allow the customers to have more options from which to choose.

Samsung has released two 8-megapixel camera phones, the INNOV8 (i8510) and the T929, competing against Sony Ericsson Cybershot devices, the LG Renoir, and Nokia's Nseries (N95, N96, N82). These are not low-price handsets, so there has to be a good market strategy from this companies to sell their products during this economical crisis.
