Edward Umana has joined the PhoneReport team as an International Correspondent. The Colombian writer lives in the USA, and will bring us yet another perspective of the telecommunications sector.
Umana, aged 15, changes the percentage of PhoneReport writers with ages equal to or below 18 years to 80% of the team. PhoneReport does not negatively differentiate between age, gender, or country, but welcomes demographic changes as they are healthy to the community of writers, and especially readers.
The new International Correspondent is fluent in English, German, and Spanish, and is currently in 10th scholar grade. Edward Umana has spent his entire life using Symbian devices, first with the 9300, followed by the N93, E62, E90, N95 8GB, N78, N82, and is currently awaiting the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic, the first S60 touchscreen phone from the Finnish giant.
Edward is interested in languages and mobile phones. He believes that smartphones will eventually replace normal computers in the future, as these "will be only used for too complex tasks that the average person does not perform."
The PhoneReport team welcomes Edward Umana to the community, where he will serve in the PhoneReport USA virtual office, and can be reached at edward.umana@phonereport.info.
