Samsung has released the GT-S3600, a sleek metallic phone in clamshell form factor, with low-end features which should make it affordable for all sectors of the market.

The S3600 will feature a 1.3 megapixel camera, GSM/EDGE connectivity, FM radio with recording capability, and Bluetooth 2.0 with EDR. The device's price will round 100€ according to our source's expectation.

Samsung's strategy is clear, attract the consumer with cheap phones that look nice and do what they need, simple but useful. It's not the first manufacturer to do that, and it certainly won't be the last one.
