Most phones nowadays carry connectivity technology such as HSDPA, Bluetooth, USB, and Quad-band EDGE support. What really matters is the software, and in this case, the web browser. Still on the hardware part, perhaps the only downsides are the lack of TV-out and the extremely low Bluetooth transfer speeds.
The problem when browsing on the phone is the small screen that does not turn fullscreen. The NetFront 3.4 browser has very useful functionality, but it does not play Flash videos, which is not surprising as the G800 is far from being a smartphone.
Functions that you don't see everyday in phone browsers are the ones such as to save images and copy URL to message and email.
The primary web screen is divided into function list, and the most useful one, the “Enter URL” is in the 9th position, something that sounds very silly.
Other useful functions are the ones to clear cache and cookies, which is for safety reasons of course, and to set the browser to run javascript, images, and sound, or not.
Multitabbed browsing is not available, just like most phones today, so besides the ability of saving images, the G800's web browser brings absolutely nothing special, and lacks an important tool nowadays for desktop-like browsing, and the display is too small as well.
