T-Mobile is finally launching the Samsung T919, the first ALL-touchscreen phone from T-Mobile. The device is set to launch on November 10 for $149 (obviously, at some agreement.)

While full specifications and details are not disclosed yet, it is being rumoured to be equipped with Windows Mobile 6 OS and a 5MP camera. Our source believes that the Samsung T919 will be a US version of the Samsung Tocco.
