A new full touchscreen phone named "Delve" has been spotted by BGR. The device has U.S. Cellular branding, and according to sources, the Delve should be in the market by Mid-November.

The phone is said to feature a 3" touchscreen display, an on-screen QWERTY keyboard, Second Generation TouchWIZ interface, a 2 megapixel camera, Pre-loaded Toneroom, Facebook, Myspace, and various games, full HTML browser, navigation software which hints for a built-in GPS receiver, and Bluetooth with A2DP.

Samsung seems to be targetting the entry-level touchscreen market with affordable phones which implement what might be the interface of the future of mobile technology, which is touch. There isn't much more information available, but we are quite curious on the price.
