In case you cannot wait for the Apple iPhone 3G, you can already get GPS on your current Apple iPhone. This involves the following products:

• iPhone GPS cable
• Holux M1000b module
• Software that interacts with Google Maps
• And of course, an iPhone. But, it has to be jailbroken

I wonder how true this is. There are no images at the website, but InternationalOrders has a pre-order iPhone v2 3G product. I played around with the extras, and if they are correct, the iPhone 3G will have 32GB of internal memory! I got to this page because JAMP blog said that they are accepting pre-orders of the iPhone v2, but I wasn’t expecting to find out that the device might feature 32GB! A iPhone 3G with 32GB, now that sounds nice!

The 3G iPhone might be unveiled at the Worldwide Developer Conference on the 9th of June, unlikely, but according to rumours, it will happen.

Lately we had many networks announcing the iPhone to retail in the countries they operate, this can be the iPhone 3G, or they might just continue retailing the original iPhone, one thing is for sure: there was a iPhone shortage some time ago, and that might be a sign for a 3G version, or simply a product reallocation.

The photo above has a mix of three websites, but it was retrieved from Engadget Mobile, there have been quite a lot of these, but there is no specifications leak or any really credible photo, all the above looks very far from an actual futuristic phone, and from what we’ve seen in the original Apple iPhone, it’s a very sophisticated phone, and the second version shouldn’t look less than that, I’m hating that white cover.

Well the real confirmed news is the release of the iPhone in 16 more countries thanks to America Movil. Those will be the ones where the network operates, so it could be 16 of anyone of the following: Mexico  United States, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Jamaica, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico and Uruguay.
