It’s only a rumour, but it has happened before with Apple. It doesn’t look too good and it won’t probably have any new features, so the new red iPhone should only be successful if it is limited in stock,  as it will create a big demand for a low supply.

The profits are usually donated to Global Fund to fight AIDS in Africa. Previously Apple has sold red iTunes gift cards, red 8GB iPod Nanos, and red 1GB iPod Shuffles.

Not sure what colours are those, but as far as my eye can see those are white or silver, black, and red/ wine colour. They can as well be photoshops, or they can actually be the colours of the upcoming 3G iPhone. Few leaked pictures of the 3G iPhone, or what we believe is one, are on white, so this advert might be partially true. As rumoured, the new iPhone will be 22% slimmer than the original, and as you can see in the last picture, it does look like it.
