The slide-out QWERTY keyboard-containing phone from LG's and Prada's works isn't a rumour after all. The Prada II will release before the end of this year, according to the statement from the company.

There are few or no changes in the design besides the "ultra-thin keyboard" that only needs one smooth movement to reveal itself. I just hope it's not too smooth of a movement like the KM501 I am currently reviewing.

The phone features a 5 megapixel camera with Schneider-Kreuznach certified lens, HSDPA at 7.2mbps, full HTML browser, and WiFi connectivity. Its features are pretty satisfying, but the real focus is the design, not only in terms of software, but hardware as well.

The LG Prada II will be available for 600€ in Italy, UK, France, Germany, Spain and Netherlands before the end of this year.

LG's slide-out full keyboard Prada version codenamed Prada II is to release in November, says Pocket-lint citing unnamed sources.

The LG Prada II is rumoured to feature a large touchscreen display as seen on the picture, WiFi, 3G, and a 5 megapixel camera. Not many details are known at the moment on the device.

The manufacturer had announced earlier this month that it had sold over 1 million LG Prada phones since its debut in March 2007.

The Prada II should be a healthy addition to LG's portfolio of glamorous phones, its temporary specifications sound satisfactory to the current trends, and its leaked picture does seem suitable to fit in the LG mobile phone family.

Photoshop or leak? Well the LG Prada II rumour just started, what seems like an LG Prada with a slide-out QWERTY keyboard and slight improvements.

The Prada itself apparently isn't good for typing, so the QWERTY keyboard will be a welcome addition.

In terms of specifications, the Prada II should come with HSDPA, 2 megapixel camera and GPS. It's just our thoughts.
