The good news here is that you won't need a DVB-h capable phone to watch TV. The bad news is that DVB-h isn't widely available, and to use it to its full potential you will have to wait until 2010.

The TV receiver works through Bluetooth, DVB-h can be received at 8mbps, but Bluetooth is only 2.1mbps with the latest version, so I'm presuming that some kind of compression will happen.

Currently only Finland and Vietnam have full DVB-h services available.
