Sony Ericsson Xperia X1 to have 256MB RAM

As you can see from the screenshot taken from the Sony Ericsson Xperia X1’s White Paper, there will be 256MB of RAM, which is adequate to Windows Mobile phones, and far more than their Symbian competitors.
This isn’t the only news, video recording will not be allowed in VGA at 30fps, but at QVGA at 24fps for the X1a, the American version, as you can see in the screenshot below.
