The bear's paws are speed dial keys, while it's mouth is probably the speaker.

The bear makes sure you get cuddly all day long, and you will have an excuse for being silly. Who is being really silly is the manufacturer, that will charge 500US$ when the bear phone comes to production.

You could just stuff a phone inside a teddy bear instead, but your little brother would never talk to you again.
