I'm not giving away free licences, but Ricky at Symbian-Guru and Zach at Symbian in Motion are. It's truly a great program if you have a lot of hotspots available around you as it saves your money by not using a 3G or GPRS connection in case it finds one.
You should sign up for one of the contests, but for now try the free trial, only for S60 phones.
